The Registration Data and any other information, directly or indirectly related to one specific client are gathered and stored in conformity with Decreto Legislativo n.196/2003 (Privacy Policy). In conformity with the effects of the 13th article of the Code regarding the privacy policy Monini SPA informs that:
The Registration Data provided by the clients are gathered and used from the agency, also via media tools and systems, for the following purposes:
(i) aims directly connected to the organization of the service provided,
(ii) market statistical purposes .
The providing of the data is optional. Though not providing, or partially providing the data clearly indicated as mandatory for the pursuing of the service as expressed at the point 1, lett. i) will determine the impossibility for the agency to provide the service. Not providing, or partially providing the data clearly indicated as not mandatory for the pursuing of the service as expressed at the point 1, lett. i) will not determine the impossibility for the agency to provide the service.

Some of the data might be communicated by the agency, for all the purposes before mentioned at the point 1, lett. i) to other companies or third subjects, encharged with the execution of activities directly connected to the erogation or the distribution of the services.

The article 7 Privacy Policy Code authorizes the Client to benefit to specific rights, among them the possibility to request confirmation to the agency of the existence or non of personal data and their providing in an intelligible way; furthermore the client is entitled to know the origin of the data and also the logic and the aims on which the treatment is based on; he can obtain the cancellation, change in an anonymous way or block the data treated non conformingly with the law, and also the update, the correction or in case he wants the integration of them; he can refuse the treatment, for legitimate reasons, that is opposing himself/herself in any moment to the treatment with the marketing purposes or to the commercial information [the text of the art. 7 quotes …to the treatment of data that concerns the client with the purpose such as mailing of commercial material or direct sales or for marketing researches]. In order to benefit these rights, the Client can contact directly the Treatment Responsible.
The Treatment Titular is Monini SPA Strada Statale Flaminia - Km. 129 06049 SPOLETO - (PG) ITALIA. The full list of the Treatment Responsibles and of the third treatments titulars related to what run by the agency can be easily requested directly to the Treatment Responsible of the agency itself.

Accepting the herein form the Client authorizes the agency to gather, communicate and transfer the personal data to subjects, within the limits and for the purposes above mentioned.

Prepare the "kebabs" alternating olives,

Stuffed olives

Breadcrumbs, anchovies, capers, parsley and chopped salad, a tablespoon of cheese and a touch of white vinegar: excellent stuffing for pitted olives!

Cook the paccheri "al dente"
and stuff them with chopped mozzarella
and Belice olives. Then toss them
in a sauce pan with a little
of Extra Virgin and
two chopped fresh tomatoes.

Baked tomatoes stuffed with anchovies and olives 

Prepare a stuffing with tuna,
an anchovy, olives pitted and breadcrumbs.
Empty with lovely round tomatoes
and fill then with the stuffing,
back for 15 minutes.

Saute a diced eggplant,
add olives, capers,
celery and finally the tomato sauce.
  When cooked, supplemented
with a tablespoon of sugar
and one of vinegar.
